Although a Sox fan now, I grew up listening to Phil Rizzuto as the voice of the N.Y. Yankees. He was an icon; you'd listen to him talking about everything from Italian food to birthday shout-outs. It's Phil you hear during the little baseball interlude on Meatloaf's "Paradise By The Dashboard Light." R.I.P. Scooter.
