"Suddenly I see..."

I am going to do something Thursday morning that I haven't been able to do in over 21 years:

See when I wake up. :)

I am getting LASIK to correct my awful near-sided-ness and astigmatism. There are no words to describe how excited I am about this. I can't wait to be able to swim, work out, ski, hell just go out to the store and not have to put in contact lenses. Granted the thought of someone cutting a flap in my eye and shaving my cornea with a laser is a bit disconcerting, but they give you a nice big fat Valium for that. LOL. Honey will take me home where I can snooze on the couch while we order pizza.

Now we just need snow up north and I'll be set.

Think good thoughts for me tomorrow morning. That eye surgeon better have his game with him.
