This is outrageous. Just when I thought I couldn't be more frustrated with the state of American politics, I hear this story. The fear-mongering continues, with this propaganda DVD inserted into newspapers in contested swing states. The movie, titled "Obsession" shows how "radical Islam" is targeting Americans and how we're all in danger. The idea being to scare voters into voting for McCain. Because, you all know how Obama is a Muslim and is going to turn us all into Socialists.[/sarcasm]

Well, coincidentally, someone in Dayton, Ohio (a place where the video was distributed) sprayed a chemical irritant into the window of a mosque celebrating Ramadan. The room was filled with children and women watching them while the service was going on. Nice. Let's gas the babies before they grow up to be suicide bombers, right?[/more sarcasm]

And this isn't even the whole basis for my outrage today. It's the fact that this story has gotten ZILCH for major media coverage, only political blogs like The Huffington Post, (Chris Rodda's piece is great) and The Daily Kos.

So felt the need to tell people about it.
