Jamie, I'm posting this with you in mind. I recently discovered this Greek yogurt when I was at JFK heading to BDA, and loved, loved, loved it. Like, lick the cup good. Slap your momma good.
So I almost did a cartwheel at my local grocery store when I saw they started carrying it. LOL.
It's authentic strained Greek style yogurt, and instead of tasting like the bottom of a sour skim milk carton, it has the consistency of soft-serve ice cream and is just as rich tasting. Personally, I could enjoy it with nothing added, but they do make single serve pack with cherry or honey for mixing in (which is what I had at the airport.)
Fage Authentic Greek Yogurt
A full cup has 120 calories, 0% fat, 9 g net carbs, and 20 g of protein.
El, Linds, and Georgia Peach it's at Roche's over by the fresh pastas across from the bakery. :)
Ok, switching gears to Halloween candy. I bought 8 pounds of it yesterday. Ask me how much got eaten between 3:00PM and midnight.
*** UGH! all I wanted to do was put a stupid candy poll up and it's taken 4 tries at three different sites and it still won't work. Grrrr

Hey G
Thanks for the yogurt tip. Next time I am at Roche I will check out the new item. Love new stuff.
El
thanks Gina,
I'm back on the WW as you know, this sounds like a winner! :-)
Linds
oooh, thanks G - you know me and my love of all foods mediterranean well. I LOVE greek yogurt!
I have to go to Ft. Lauderdale next month for work, and Florida's only redeeming quality is my little hole-in-the-wall Greek place on the beach. Everyone that works there is Greek, and related, and the food is orgasmic.
shoe shoppin' good? seeing without contacts good? your child doesn't have strep throat good?
hmmmm, wonder if they have that here somewhere....you had me at "soft serve".
As a WW member it has been mentioned alot at meetings, unfortunately, not a big fan, but thanks for the tip anyway!
How are the eyeballs doing?
Georgie Girl
20 grams of protein is not too shabby.
